Conference Review

2026 9th International Conference on Mechanical, Electrical and Material Application (MEMA 2026) was successfully held in Shenyang, China from March 27 to 29, 2026!

The conference was hosted by Shenyang University of Technology and Northwestern Polytechnical University, hosted by the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shenyang University of Technology, and supported by Northeastern University and Shenyang Ligong University. More than 150 experts, scholars, researchers and engineers and technicians gathered to conduct multi-dimensional and interdisciplinary high-level academic exchanges around the three major fields of machinery, electricity and materials, presenting the latest research results and frontier trends in related fields.


OPENING CEREMONY

The opening ceremony was presided over by Prof. Wenli Pei of Northeastern University. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Professor Pei extended a warm welcome to experts and scholars at home and abroad, and pointed out the importance of cross-innovation and development in the fields of machinery, electricity and materials under the background of the deep integration of global green and low-carbon transformation and digital intelligence. He expected the delegates to collide with each other in exchanges, build consensus in cooperation, and jointly promote discipline development and industrial progress.

PLENARY SPEECH & INVITED SPEECH

This conference invited eight experts with profound academic accumulation and rich research results in related fields to share their reports. Focusing on their respective research directions and combining the latest academic progress and practical experience, the participating experts shared cutting-edge research results, innovative ideas and development trends, further expanding the participants' understanding of research trends in related fields.

PARALLEL SESSION

The conference set up three parallel sessions, with 37 oral reports and 30 posters, covering intelligent materials, mechatronics, power electronics, new energy systems, advanced manufacturing technology and other directions, which fully demonstrated the solid scientific research ability and innovation vitality of young scholars, further promoted the exchange and collision of academic views, and created a good opportunity for follow-up cooperation.

AWARD CEREMONY

In recognition of outstanding research achievements, three awards for outstanding papers, two awards for outstanding oral reports and three awards for outstanding posters were awarded, which further encouraged the participants' enthusiasm for scientific research and innovation, and played a positive role in promoting the development of the discipline.

MEMA 2026 is not only a platform to display the latest research results, but also a bridge to promote interdisciplinary cooperation and inspire innovation.
